A downloadable game for Windows

This is my entry for Brackeys Game Jam whose theme is : An End is a new Beginning

 This is also my take on Vampire Survivors trend, creating a game inspired by the game.


Control scheme:

- Numpad keys = Move around.

- X = Shoots projectiles.

- Enter = Confirm/Pause the game.

- F8 = Take a screenshot.


Features:

- Can move and shoot in 8 directions.

- 4 different playables : Chorgu, Gerra, Jeron and Pirl. Each with its own pros and cons.

- Vampire Survivors style upgrade system.

- Increasing difficulty.

- Dying will autorevive to other playable while retaining upgrades. Limited though.


Enjoy this monster shooting fiesta and survive as long as you can!

This is a gold mine for retro style games, I really like your work. I found the game too hard for me though :( Are your games made with Game Maker?

Fun survival game! Started off nice and easy, as it should and stacked nicely in difficulty! Enjoyed the fact that you can also upgrade abilities as well =) keep up the amazing work!

Good game! Super cute too. I wish I was able to resize the window - I have a 3440x1440 screen and this looked tiny but still enjoyable. Would be fun to see this grow into a mobile game and desktop game. Maybe add some more VFX variations when enemies die or enemy hits land. Thanks for participating! This was very enjoyable.
